After Mobilization, the Serial Still Has to Sit on the Original

You can prove the serial still sits on the original after the pad move. The refinance desk does not rebuild from operator drives.

Kansas § 84-9-105 mirrors the uniform safe harbor, which matters when equipment crosses state lines faster than counsel updates the filing map. Default UCC9 compliant custody travels with the serial. The filing map still has to catch up.
